Esperanza Crossing 'Flagship' Branch
Designed to recognize the contemporary feel of the adjacent Domain architecture while capturing Amplify's unique personality, this building features a mix of building materials incorporated throughout the building both inside and out. Our goal was to create a natural, light filled space where services are easily visible and recognizable. We used Amplify's energetic orange and blue in the windows and translucent privacy screens so that incoming natural light would splash them throughout the public areas and change their display according to the time of day.
Here Amplify can provide a growing membership with multiple services that are responsive to our complex community and can expand and change with membership needs. Every space in the building is designed to be used to this end. With the growing online community, the extensive retail space might become less necessary; as a result, we've located the East-West building atrium to allow the Credit Union to subdivide and serve additional tenants.
Consisting of support workspaces (including drive through operations), technical spaces, storage and a lunchroom, the Back Office was designed to be as efficient as possible so that the balance of the building would be available to members as well as employees. This layout allows for a large (approximately 1230 SF) Conference Room for community outreach and educational events as well as training. This space opens to the SW Entrance Atrium with a glass partition wall and if additional space is desired, can use the extra 250 SF for additional seating.
