Series of feasibility Studies for a local developer in Sunset Valley, Texas.
The site that was the focus of the studies was a corner lot that separated a residential neighborhood from the more commercialized 290 W Access Road in Southwest Austin. The goal of the project was to create development options that would offer residential condominiums, office and retail space. Due to the constraints of the lot, parking minimums and the low impervious cover requirements of Sunset Valley, viable options included a series of one and two story structures. Parking and retail areas are directed toward the more commercial faces of the site, while residential areas tie into the local neighborhood.
