Parmer Lane Headquarters and Branch
Phased renovation of a 50,000 SF Facility including both Owner Operations and Tenant Spaces
The Credit Union purchased the building in 2010 to serve as their headquarters, a small branch office, while keeping approximately half of it as leasable space. Over the next 5 years, we moved in one department at a time beginning with a carefully thought out programming effort. We developed a design precedent for the overall building that gave it a new character. We were challenged to build efficiently in a way that maximized flexibility and expandability. In addition to Tenant spaces, the finished project houses: The Executive Suite with a new Board Room Suite; the Facilities Management Offices; the Accounting and Lending Offices; Investments and a Branch Office; Marketing, IT and Retail Operations; and, Human Resources with a full Training Facility. The building also houses a Workout Facility and Lunchroom, designed to look and feel like a retro diner.
We also provided tenant finish out services for numerous lessees who moved to new spaces or moved in to the building.
