Full house renovation and new detached garage with full garage apartment above
Our Client purchased this home to downsize and while taking advantage of their expansive view of the Barton Hills cliffs. In a three phased approach, we renovated the entire house in 2012-13, constructed a free-standing garage with full guest quarters above in 2013-14, and converted the garage to living space in 2014.
After the new driveway was constructed, the site had to be re-graded and fully landscaped for drainage. The extensive landscaping was provided by Bud Twilley Landscapes.
