As an architecture firm, we are experienced in a variety of project types and delivery methods. Our portfolio ranges from extensive renovation work, sometimes while a Client continues to do business with the public, to new construction. Our projects have included both design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods. Whatever our Client prefers, we work as a team with all involved, because we believe that the best possible results are achieved through teamwork. Ultimately, it is our job to deliver the best service and product to our Clients.

We stay small and control our workload so that we can concentrate on exploring creative solutions for a variety of projects. We are flexible and can work at a pace that is comfortable for our Clients. We tailor our work to what our Clients need, and our design process is closely communicated with our Clients in all stages of their projects.

In addition to traditional project types of remodeling and new construction, we offer the following:

• Feasibility Analysis: we will help you assess your site before you make a purchase either for your new business location or for your new home. We will help you navigate the Austin Land Development Code to assess whether each site is viable for your project and direct you as needed every step of the way.

• Project Programming: we will help you develop a comprehensive summary of needs and goals, whether you are a credit union, a kindergarten or a residence. We feel this stage is critical in streamlining your development process, and looking at a variety of creative options at this early stage can save time and money.
